Orders are packed and posted from our studio in London, UK, by Royal Mail, tracked. We ship worldwide.
Allow around 7 days before dispatch. Some pieces are ready to ship sooner.

- Free on all orders.
- USA
- Free over $140. Import duties are paid at checkout, so there's nothing to pay on delivery.
- EU
- Free over €130. Import duties are paid at checkout, so there's nothing to pay on delivery.
- Rest of world
- Postage is calculated at checkout. Local import fees may apply.
Returns
Return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags and packaging. You pay return postage unless the item is faulty or wrong. Socks can't be returned.

Orders
Every order is screen printed, labelled and packed by hand in the studio. We print with plastisol ink, which gives a bold, bright print with a slight raised feel. Each print is done by hand, so small variations are part of it.
- Change or cancel
- Email info@anotherdepartment.com as soon as you can with your order number, and we'll do our best before it's printed and posted.
Sizing & care
- Fit
- Every product has a size guide with its measurements (pit to pit and length). Allow 1–2cm either way.
- Washing
- Wash inside out at 30°C or lower. Don't tumble dry, and don't iron over the print.
