Refund policy

Returns
Return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags and packaging. You pay return postage unless the item is faulty or wrong. Socks can't be returned.

How to start a return
Email info@anotherdepartment.com with your order number, and we'll send you the address to post it to.

Exchanges
Need a different size? Get in touch and we'll swap it, subject to stock.

Faulty or wrong items
Check your order when it arrives. If anything is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, email us straight away and we'll put it right, postage included.

Refunds
Once your return is back with us and checked, we'll refund it to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few days to show it.
